LG has made the announcement of the LG BL40 official and it is quite a remarkable phone. The BL40 is the fourth device in the Black Label series and is also called the new Chocolate phone.
The device has a very large touchscreen; 4 inch in an unusual 800 x 345 pixels resolution. The device is very long and thin at the same time. The aspect ration is 21:9 and this should give the device a panoramic and cinema-like experience.
Dual Screen UI
Another advantage of this long display is that it is possible to open two different windows at the same time. LG is calling this Dual Screen UI.
The new LG Chocolate is getting available in the third quarter of this year. Prices are still unknown.
